Welcome to anvartec e.U. and Personalities. We are running the appum.at website, mobile applications and several other services (collectively, the ‘APPUM’) We call any mobile application ‘APPUM App’.

Your privacy is important to us, and we take our responsibility of caring for it seriously. This policy describes what information the APPUM App collects when you use it on your mobile phone. By using our APPUM App, you consent to the current version of our Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect some device information automatically when you use our APPUM App including device identifiers and platform type. If you agree to give the app access to your current location, we will save your location when opening our app.

Using the APPUM App does not require a login. If you decide to login, we offer two possibilities:

APPUM User Account:

When you register for an APPUM App account we save your email address, username and the encrypted password (‘Personal Information’)

Third Party Authentication (like Facebook OAuth):

When you register via a third-party authentication, we save the information we receive from this third party.

The user login is mainly used for social features within the APPUM App (like comments) which are not available when not logged in and therefore enrich your experience of our service. The information that you disclose is public information. We may store and access it, and it may be read, copied, collected or used by other users without your consent.

How We Use Your Information

All Personal Information will only be shown inside the APPUM App or used for services related to APPUM or the APPUM App (like push-notifications).

The collected data may be shared with the artist the corresponding APPUM App is setup for. But we do not share any Personal Information data with any other third party service.

You have the choice to delete your user account from within the APPUM App at any time. All stored personal data will be deleted during this process from our servers.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the submitted data, both during transmission and once we receive it. Even so, no security measure is 100% perfect. This means we cannot guarantee the security of your information and do not assume any responsibility for the unauthorized use or access to your information under our control.

We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights; to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us or the Service; or in connection with an actual or proposed corporate transaction or insolvency proceeding involving all or part of the business or asset to which the information pertains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our homepage appum.at. You are advised to consult this policy regularly for any changes.
